After careful consideration and analysis, we decided to handover the product portfolio compression technology to a trusted partner as of May 1, 2024. This decision is part of our strategic focus and was made in line with our corporate objectives.
We are therefore very pleased to inform you, that we entrust the product portfolio compression technology to PFISTERER Gesellschaft m.b.H. in Vienna (Austria). PFISTERER Gesellschaft m.b.H. will expand the product portfolio both in terms of range and technical support. This ensures that you continue to receive the familiar materials and optimal support for this product segment.
Our external partner, PFISTERER Gesellschaft m.b.H., is a company rich in tradition that was founded in 1977 as subsidiary of PFISTERER Kontaktsysteme GmbH and became an independent company in 2019 through a „Management buy out“. The company is thus equipped with 45 years of successful commercial activity with strong expertise regarding compression technology. Today PFISTERER Austria employs 20 employees as an independent company. A modern, well-equipped central warehouse with a workshop on about 1.700 square metres ensures a rapid stock availability and customary reliability.
We assure you that we closely assist the handover process and assure a smooth transfer. During the compression technology handover process you and your company will receive furthermore our full attention and support. In the coming days you will be contacted by us or directly by PFISTERER Gesellschaft m.b.H. Vienna (Austria) to discuss the continuation and the handover of the business.
